Remarks:

  • Choose payment mode by Credit Card/FPX.

  • Payment by Bank draft/Banker's Cheque/Local Order and Purchase Order is NOT ACCEPTABLE.

  • Participants will be contacted by the Secretariat once the registration has been approved. 

  • Postgraduate students from UPSI need to fill-up the UPSI/FSM//PASCA/BO-01 form and submit to the Faculty.

  • Payment and Registration must be received by The Secretariat before 15 October 2018. 

  • Registration fees include: Conference materials and program e-book (card drive), conference bag, certificate of attendance, meals.
